I bought a pair of these from Sheplers back in 2000. They just wore out on me a couple of months ago. If you take care of them they'll last a long time ! And yes I ride and work in them and they are GREAT ! I have looked for these for a longtime, seeing as the closest Sheplers to me is over 60 miles away I guess I'm going to have to make a trip out of it to get a new pair . . . . or 2.

My husband has a wide foot so he went up a size to 14 instead of a 13. His foot fits very comfortably and being lace ups he can adjust the width.

I cannot wear cowboy boots or boots of any kind with a heal much higher than an athletic shoe because a foot condition. I can wear these boots fine without any foot discomfort. I believe this is probably the only western boots I am able to wear at this point in my life.

Great boots. Fit well and are very comfortable, even after 8-10 hours. My feet feel pampered by these boots. From the very first time I wore them, I knew they were great.

Third pair in 5 years. Wear them almost everyday. Great product. Wear them to work when they are new. Wear them working around the house after they begin to look worn. Just retired the first pair, they were finally coming apart.

These Roper Horseshoes are really comfortable with good support. Although they are a men's shoe they are a good fitting ladies shoe.

This is my first pair and so far I really like the way they fit, I also like the style they are a neat looking shoe. I wore cowboy boots for years but now that I'm a lot older these feel much more comfortable on my feet. I have always liked western clothing, the style of western clothing and just the smell of leather. I will probably stay with these shoes and hopefully they keep making them. I guess ya could call me a urban cowboy with my shoes and straw hat.

I don't usually buy any clothes on line, but thought I'd take a chance. The shoes came right on time, and they are great! I wear them almost every day and they are holding up great. I don't ride horses, but I really like the arch support and the short heel. It's the most comfortable roper I have ever worn - will definitely be in these for along time!!

Outstanding boot, perhaps the most comfortable lace up on the market. Excellent for general wear as it is dressy enough to wear with jeans and tough enough to handle most farm and work related activities. All round the best boot for me so far.
