First pair had to retire because of stitching coming apart on 1 boot. Second pair the right boot has a raised strip going from just below ankle and stops before the toe. Would not order another pair nor would I recommend them to anyone.

These boots were purchased for my granddaughter. We found them instore. Unfortunately one of the boot's finish was different than the other. Our sales gal took them in the back to see if a wax and buff up would help. It did not. So the store offered to get new ones and have them mailed to my home. The boots arrived within a couple of days... quite quickly in fact! When we opened the bag and box (if you could call it a box) the boots appeared to be the exact same boots with the different finish that we left at the store. My granddaughter took the boots home to show her mom. Disappointed doesn't cover the deflation we felt from this exchange. The box that was in the delivery bag was not even the box for her boots. The box was for a size 5 boot and her boots were a size 9 1/2. The box was all torn up! My daughter-in-law took the issue from there. They took the boots back to the store to discuss what to do. She found out that the order went to the store we purchased the boots from, and they sent the same boots we did not want!!! The customer service she received at the store was awesome. I have to say we had a ball with your people at this store during our initial visit. Customer service, face to face was never an issue. It was the issue of not receiving a brand new pair of boots. I have to say my granddaughter LOVES her boots. Unfortunately this experience soured her original excitement... and I have to say mine as well as her mothers too. It's too bad the staff at the store that took the boots back didn't offer some kind of restitution for the aggravation we had to go through. That's not to say we won't be back, but its too bad it happened without any thought on the part of the person who filled the online order. With regards - Patti Chezek
