Bought 11.5 regular, too narrow. Bought 11.5 wide, too wide. Bunches up at toe and makes clomp, clomp sound when walking. Just not comfortable like my previous Merrell shoes. My last moc was too tight also. Can't get your shoes in a comfortable size any more

Very comfortable shoe. But extremely slippery soles when on wet hard surfaces like tiles.

I’ve been wearing 8.5 w for almost 20 years now and merrells for around 5 years. These fit were just a little big for my small feet. Had to try a 8 Regualr which fit okay. Maybe I just got a weird one but merrelll fixed it.

Used to wearing NBs they soles seemed a little hard at first but got used to quickly. Very nice shoe.

My husband has very wide feet and struggles to find shoes that fit and don’t break down/apart on him. These Merrill’s have SOLID construction but aren’t stiff. Very comfortable and look good too. Our teenage son (same feet issues) asked us to order him the same shoes.

Great shoe and fit, However inside heal lining on right shoe developed a loose fold. Not a big issue.

I need wide sizes and this is one of the few that Merrell makes in size wide, and it's great! Comfortable and great to wear with shorts.

Everything I wanted. These are warmer, more resitatnt to water and have better traction than my summer sneakers. They feel very well built. Fit perfectly.

I just recieved my Moab Adventure Lace in "Boulder". I have been wearing an older iteration of Merrell's Moab boot and wanted a non waterproof alternative for the Arizona Summers. The insoles are much stiffer and have a lot less give than my first pair. I will have to replace these with some aftermarket insoles. The color was also not what I was expecting from the product photos. These are a much darker green and would challenge that they are NOT the color depicted in the photo. Maybe with some wear, they will fade?

I loved Phoenix. Super comfortable, very sturdy, good for walking stability. These do not have the same cushioning and are not quite as comfy. The upper is very nice though and it is a good enough shoe if on sale, then maybe buy a good insole, which is what I will probably do.

I bought these shoes for my husband for his birthday. In true Merrell style, they were comfortable from the first day he put them on. I bought them for casual wear but they are very nice looking and my husband has worn them to work. He works in a business casual office environment and the shoes were fine with casual pants. My husband needs a wide shoe, which are hard to find, and these fit him great. I am going to buy another pair since the fit on the shoe was the best we can find. Both my husband and I have worn Merrell's for years and continue to love the consistent quality of the product.

Great shoe except the toe guard gets loose after a few months of wear. This has happened on multiple pairs I’ve owned.

In all seriousness, Merrells are the only shoe I will wear. The awesome arch support that many of their models have (including this Moab Adventure Lace) is one of the main selling points of Merrells. The arch support literally solved my heel bone spur issues and kept me from having foot surgery. I love this model as it is a touch dressier than the last black laceup model I had. This model doesn't have any mesh or reflective eyelets which lends itself to my work wardrobe very nicely. It is also extremely comfortable to wear. As will all Merrell shoes if you have wide feet like mine, you can get the wide version in the correct size for you. If you can't get the wide version, I have to go up one size to get the correct fit.

not your best shoe. won’t breathe at all and are already giving me problems with stinky feet at the end of the day. all my other Merrells are awesome, these are far from.

Have reordered this same shoe several times. Please do not discontinue it ever! Fast service. No complaints.

They are smart looking

These shoes are very heavy for me. They are not deep enough in the front. I can't wear them as they are not cushioned enough. I wear double depth shoes that have a lot of cushioning so I though I would purchase a mens size 8 as I have a very broad toe area and a narrow heal. I cannot wear the womens wide shoes by merrel because they are not wide enough for me. I had a Q form Merrell brindle shoe which I just tossed in the trash because they are not wide enough. I don't think Merrell makes shoes for people that have neuropathy, wide toes and lots of cushioning and double depth for the front of the foot, and one left foot that toes inwards because of twisted left leg. I think I will throw these shoes out at well. It's too painful to wear them. It is too bad that I wasted so much money to purchase them online.

The photo looks like the shoes are Charcoal/Dark Gray. They are very deep Black and that's not the color I was looking for. Also, the black dye has rubbed-off on the tissue paper that the shoes are wrapped in. So there's a problem with the dye not being fully dry or it has a rub resistance problem.

the wide shoes are just right, not too wide. They provide all day comfort. As with any Merrell product I expect to have these shoes for a long time.

I'm om my 3rd MOAB 2 pair of shoes and love the shoes and that hey hardly slip on surfaces (I usually end up almost tripping myself since they don't slide), but the problem I have is that the laces is that no matter how securely they are tied come undone while walking and then I ended up stepping on one of them and then the lace splits and the eyelet for the lace breaks (on all 3 pairs). When will the eyelets be made stronger or replace with metal ones so that they won't break? I think that this is a serious flaw in an otherwise superior shoe!

Fit was spot on and very comfortable. Only put a few miles on them so but I don’t have any complaints.

I have trouble finding shoes that fit well and are comfortable. I have to replace the inner sole with my own orthotic. This was my first Merrell. I ordered the Moab Adventure Lace in wide. In my experience trying to find a "good comfortable shoe", the size "wide" is often too wide while "medium" is often not wide enough. I took out the supplied Moab inner sole, put in my orthotic. put the shoes on and the fit was great and the shoes were very comfortable. I was very satisfied with the fit and feel. I got these for every day use and they look good and are darn near perfect for my purposes. I do not use for hiking or rough terrain. My goal is fit and feel and these satisfy those requirements. I have not had them long enough to determine durability but they seem to be well made and good quality; so I am expecting good long term use and durability. I probably will try another Merrell - different style - to replace a pair of existing shoes.

Not my first pair. Just about the 4th or 5th. Usually a pair a year. I'm tough on shoes. My last pair of Merrell I bought through another purveyor and they were miss marked at 10 W and were much to tight in the toe box and unwearable.

These are great shoes! I wear them to work as a maintenance mechanic and they hold up exceptionally well.

fits true to size, a great comfortable fit right out of the box no need to break it in and have sore feet for days. this shoe is sturdy and stylish.
