The hat is a little darker than the picture, but reading all the other reviews I was expecting it. Either way it looked great for our wedding party on our wedding day. Our wedding party loved them as well.

It showed up and the brim was bent and the bands buckle was pointed straight up

Very good quality hat! Fit is great, looks great! My only issue is that the hat is a lot darker than the pictures! I didn't want a black hat and my girlfriend says that she can tell it is grey but it looks black to me, beware if looking for a light grey.

Only thing I'd suggest is put tissue paper between the hat and the box,because there was scuff marks from the friction of movement. I was able to brush it out some,but i worried it wouldn't work. Gave as a gift to my grandson. Other than that it was great !

Received the hat it was discoloration in areas of the hat took it back for a new one now the hat is not out of stock

My hat was delivered to the store and it was in a terrible condition and dirty and the box was mangled. Goid thing Brett the manager fixed it up.

I know its a budget hat, but it the brim was waaay crooked, the buckle wasnt put on right and was sticking straight out and up, and the tip on the band was put on extremely crooked. Again, budget hat, but for 80-90 bucks it should still be put together correctly.

I ordered 2 hats and Boot Barn sent both hats in 1 box. Took me awhile to separate the hats and the brim of the felt hat was bent out of shape. After contacting Boot Barn, I was given the hassle of exchanging the hat because of the way the hats were purchased. I was told I to get a refund and then repurchase the hat. Only good thing was that I, the customer, suggested to take it to my local Boot Barn to repair the brim from the damage caused by Boot Barn.

It's super light gray in the picture, but dark in person. I'd fix that. Looks great, just confused by the picture.
