      Quality hat

      Very nice hat although I would prefer quarter horse shaping. Still kept it and have shown it in reining.

      Unfortunately was shipped all bent up and had to return the hat.

      Ordered the hat in the wrong size. When I received it after about 2 weeks I sent it back but had to pay again for it in the correct size, which they said they had in stock. So now I’ve paid $152 twice and have no hat lol. They cancelled my order the 2nd time and did not charge me yet. My tracking number says they received the hat back so I’m waiting for a full refund. I was told 72 hours it would take to see my refund so it’s now august 10th. I spoke with someone again and they said by this Wednesday the money should be put back into my account.
