    Tried these the other night. It was 12 deg C and I found that I was sweating. No problem with these keeping you warm! Should be perfect in cold conditions. Only note is that they seem to be half a size large, so either get true size and wear a belt or do what I did and buy one size smaller and plan to lose a couple pounds!
