Of course Tony Lama boots are going to be great. BUT...I ordered my boots online. When I received them they fit very tight and looked to be regular quill instead of full quill...which I paid for full quill. I ended up driving 4.5 hours to Oklahoma City to trade the boots for a pair that would fit, and actually had the full quill look.The fit and the look was in no way Sheplers' fault as they were clearly marked with the model number from Tony Lama as being full quill. I would definitely recommend these boots to anyone, but I would also advise to try them on first. The downside to that is the price. The boots are more expensive in the store than they are online. I saved $60 by buying them online but spent $60 in gas making a trip to OKC.If you live close enough to a Sheplers store, or don't mind a long drive it can be worth a shot ordering them online. If they don't fit or don't look to your satisfaction you can return them and exchange them at the store. I didn't pay sales tax but did pay shipping. But the store did an even exchange for a different pair of boots.

1.) Brush off dirt or dust with a damp cloth.
2.) Use saddle soap if boots are extra dirty.
3.) Apply reptile cleaner and conditioner.
4.) Apply a delicate cream polish, such as neutral. Please note: For snakeskin boots only, apply conditioner and cream with the grain.
5.) Brush or buff the boots to a shine.
6.) Apply water and stain protector if you wish.
7.) Use edge dressing on leather outsoles and heels (not necessary for manmade/rubber outsoles and heels).
