SHIPPING INFORMATION
What is the difference between "In Stock" and "Factory Ship" items?
"In Stock" items are ready for immediate delivery (7-10 business days via UPS® or Parcel Post within U.S.) from our warehouse. "Factory Ship" items are sent directly to you from the manufacturer. You will find approximate shipping times listed on each "Factory Ship" item.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Sheplers has been shipping internationally for over 25 years. UPS and DHL are available in many areas.
Due to government regulations, we cannot ship exotic skin boots to some countries.
Note: Levi's does not allow any U.S. Catalog to ship their products internationally.
What about customs charges?
You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.
