    I've ordered from Sheplers quite a few times. My husband wears white jeans to work instead of uniform pants and they can't be found in my local stores in NY. When I've needed to contact them, customer service reps are always polite, friendly and helpful. When I'm unhappy with customer service I will not do business with a company no matter how good their product is. I'm also always pleased with the product I've ordered and the shipping time. The shipping charges are not outlandish but would love to have a "free shipping" special on occasion.
