    After purchasing bootsfrom Sheplers, they have to spiffed up by adding a heel rand. I don't have to worry about using the left foot to push on the right heel to get the boot off, because of something so practical as a bootjack. Get one, it makes it so much easier.     The rands are sharp looking,they add a very good flair to my boots. The only draw back is that they are a son of gun to install. I finally figured out if I used a awl to start the hole for the nail and then used the awl on the opposite side to hold it, it became very simply to install.
