- The iTechnology® Energy Series absorbs shock and returns energy, while still maintaining the durability you've come to expect from Caterpillar® footwear. Gel pads in the heel and forefoot of the polyurethane insole provide superior cushion and all-day comfort. The heel cup absorbs shock and cradles the foot, while the heel plug disperses energy evenly to reduce stress on the foot and leg. An advanced polyurethane midsole provides lightweight shock absorption and slip resistance. And a T371 rubber outsole is both durable and abrasion resistant. Welt construction.
