Live in UK. Originally ordered 9 1/2 D but after the event was advised to double check with Sheplers as US sizing slightly different. Luckily they had not sent my order, but very kindly advised that UK 9 1/2 was equivalent to US 10. So, fingers crossed, I oredered 10D. Amazed that boots arrived so quick. Very good tracking system. Received boots, very well packaged, with some trepidation, opened box, tried them on & to my amazement and delight, found them to fit like a glove.! So happy, have persuaded my wife to allow me to purchase a second pair. Hope they'll turn out as good. Thank you so much Mr Shepler.

These boots from Lucchese are high quality, authentic and beautifully crafted. But be very careful when choosing the size. I highly recommend that you measure your feet with appropriate methods and know your true length and width. I first bought a 10D Lucchese Tan Ranch boots based on the size tag of my boots from Clarks. They were very tight (to an extent that it hurts when I wear them) so I had to return them. It turns out my "true" Lucchese size is 11EE. Read Sheplers Boot Fit Guide carefully. Leave extra 1/2 size for boot socks and always wear boot socks when you try these boots on. For my 11EE with normal socks, they are a little bit big but with boot socks, my foot feels snug and fits perfectly. Also, CHOCOLATE appears a little bit darker than those studio shots. Not that they are completely different but just a little bit dark. P.S. I recommend Thorlo Unisex Combat Boot socks.
