My second pair of Lucchese boots they seem a little narrow so this time I ordered ½ size larger. For now, I’m very happy but, I haven’t worn them but once. So time will tell as to fit, but the looks and the quality is superior. Highly recommend.

Footwear Sizing: Half Size Too Big

I had read previous reviews and had some slight skepticism, but all that went out the window the moment I opened the box. Wow! They are truly better looking than the web picture. I have to hide them from my wife to keep her from wearing them! Yes, they are about a half size large, but I knew that from having tried on other Luccheses and purposely ordered them smaller than my normal 10 1/2 D. A very impressive pair of boots.

I pondered on this purchase for 6 months because my foot is narrow and I dreaded the prospect of sending 2 or 3 pairs of expensive boots back and forth only to find out that it just wouldn't work. The first pair (12 D) was my normal running shoe size (12 B) and it was way too big. The next full size lower was on back order for 2 months so I tried a 10-1/2 D and it is perfect. Connie from customer service was very helpful.

1.) Brush off dirt or dust with a damp cloth.
2.) Use saddle soap if boots are extra dirty.
3.) Apply reptile cleaner and conditioner.
4.) Apply a delicate cream polish, such as neutral. Please note: For snakeskin boots only, apply conditioner and cream with the grain.
5.) Brush or buff the boots to a shine.
6.) Apply water and stain protector if you wish.
7.) Use edge dressing on leather outsoles and heels (not necessary for manmade/rubber outsoles and heels).
