This particular boot was on sale but they had only a size D width available in 11 1/2. I preferred an E but I bought it anyway to see how it fit. It was a little too snug for me so I had to return it.The customer service people at Sheplers were terrific. I had no problem returning the boot. They couldn't have been any nicer. With regard to the boot itself, I must say that this "menlo veal" leather boot was great looking. It is a cut above most leathers in appearance and worth the added value over other like boots.

This boot was recommended to me by another Trooper. I work on the highways as a State Trooper and the job is very hard on boots from the ground up. This is the most durable boot that I have found and it stays looking good with very little effort. I have never had a boot last as long as this one, so I ordered another.
