    I had no idea what to expect since I had never ordered from Shepler's before. When the hat arrived, I was amazed at the speed of shipping and high quality of the product. Our instructor indicated that she wanted 'a red hat and red cowboy boots'. I thought the hat would be a perfect gift from the class. Then, recently, she happened to say, "A red hat.... no BUT I sure do want red boots." YIKES! I decided to keep the red hat and ordered red boots for her from Shepler's. I've no doubt that the quality will be exceptional... especially if the hat is any indication. I hope they fit!!

    Felt Hats - Keep your hats dust free. We recommend a soft bristle brush for cleaning felt hats. Always brush with the nap in a counter clockwise motion. Ordinary dust marks and smudges may be removed with a hat cleaning sponge. To store your hat, we recommend keeping it in a hat box. Always place the hat upside down on its crown to avoid affecting the shape of the brim. Felt hats were not intended to be worn in the rain. However, if a hat does get wet, flip the sweatband outward and set the hat upside down on its crown to allow it to dry naturally.
