PC Analyst

Wichita, KS

This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the corporate and store PC networks. It requires a minimum of 4 years PC Support experience in Microsoft TCP/IP networked environment. Experience should include a working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Servers, Sharepoint, Office) and network infrastructure to include Managed switches, Firewall and VPN Software. Experience with Help Desk applications and Blackberry Enterprise Server helpful. Position requires a strong customer service orientation.

2nd Shift customer Service Supervisor

Sheplers Inc. is seeking an organized, confident self-starter for an entry-level supervision position in our inbound call center, 2nd shift. This position reports directly to the Phone Center Manager. The qualified individual must have good communication and interpersonal skills, PC experience and be able to work with little supervision. A “Customer Service “ oriented attitude is a MUST. This is a full-time position working 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm and every other weekend in a relaxed atmosphere.
