2nd Shift customer Service Supervisor

Wichita, KS

Sheplers Inc. is seeking an organized, confident self-starter for an entry-level supervision position in our inbound call center, 2nd shift. This position reports directly to the Phone Center Manager. The qualified individual must have good communication and interpersonal skills, PC experience and be able to work with little supervision. A “Customer Service “ oriented attitude is a MUST. This is a full-time position working 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm and every other weekend in a relaxed atmosphere. Sheplers has immediate, Full Time openings in our fulfillment center. These positions are general warehouse positions as packers and pullers and require lifting up to 40 lbs. You will work in a climate controlled fulfillment center with a great working environment and a strong, growing business.
