ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Sheplers Western Wear continues to grow! We are looking for an individual who is seeking something special in a career – a friendly work environment, stable organization and a great product to sell! In this challenging position, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational functions, including staff supervision, merchandising, product control and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail store management as well as an Associates or Bachelors degree. The qualified individual must be available to relocate in 6-12 months for promotional opportunities.
DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR
Denver, Phoenix, Reno, Oklahoma City, Arlington
This entry-level management position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of one department within the retail store. Duties include scheduling, merchandise display, customer service, and all department operations. This position reports directly to the Store Manager. An extensive department supervisor training program is provided for upwardly mobile candidates. Candidates for this position should have previous retail experience, the ability to work with numbers, a desire to excel, excellent communication and management skills, and be willing to relocate for promotional opportunities. A degree in or coursework towards management, marketing, or related fields is desired.
Part Time Customer Service

We have immediate part time openings for customer service representatives for our catalog and internet division. We offer a fun work place with flexible schedules. We currently are looking for candidates to work 15-20 hours per week, which will include a weekend shift. There is an opportunity for overtime. Paid training and an employee discount are available. Sheplers has immediate, Full Time openings in our fulfillment center. These positions are general warehouse positions as packers and pullers and require lifting up to 40 lbs. You will work in a climate controlled fulfillment center with a great working environment and a strong, growing business.
