What is the difference between "In Stock" and "Special Order" items?

In Stock items are ready for immediate delivery (5 business days via UPS or Parcel Post within the US). For in stock items, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing before your order ships. "Special Order" items are sent directly to you from the manufacturer. You will find approximate shipping times listed on each "Special Order" item. "Special Order" items may only be delivered via Best Way Ground (domestic) or International Best Way Air (international).



Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Sheplers has been shipping internationally for over 25 years. Depending on the country and region, we ship via UPS or DHL. Due to government regulations, we cannot ship exotic skin boots to some countries.
We regret that some vendors do not allow us to ship their products internationally.



What about customs charges?

You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.



Extra Handling Charge - an extra handling charged will be applied, in the cart, to large items that are bulky and/or heavy.


Shipping Charges

Shipping cost is based on your order total and shipping method. Refer to the following table(s) for shipping rates.



U.S. Shipping Rates:

*UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air deliver Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

**UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air requires a PHYSICAL address. No PO boxes.


International Shipping

International shipping rates are determined by International Shipping Zone and order total. Look up your zone by country below and then select the appropriate table to find the correct shipping rates.



International Best Way Air - your merchandise will arrive in 4 to 8 days. Please provide a complete physical address to expedite the process. Air shipments mailed to a post office box may be delayed.

Customs Charges - You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.

Shipping to Australia: For a limited time, ship any order over $250 to Australia for only $35!
