Footwear Sizing: Half Size Too Big

I was having a tough time finding what I was looking for & after extensive shopping around town I took the chance and ordered these amazing boots. I normally wear a size 10, but the largest size in stock was 9.5 - they fit perfect. I've worn them a few times and they are a bit uncomfortable and first, and rubbed a bit on my ankles. But they get more comfortable after every wear. They are a bit long in the toe box, but since this is my first pair of cowboy boots, I was told that it was pretty normal. Overall - I am VERY satisfied with my purchase. Totally worth the price!! Thanks!!! :o)
