Pants wear nice and are very comfortable...30" inseam measured out to be actual 31". Still highly recommend these.

I wear the pants for all casual occasions. the garment holds up well and I don't have to worry about spotting or stains. The only minor Problem was the zipper would catch, but a little candle wax solved that.
