More comfortable waist means these jeans sit below the waist, not at the waist like the 936. Don't get me wrong, I love 'em. But the product description is not accurate. January 19, 2013

    Sizes of jeans can very slightly depending on manufacturer.

    These Wranglers are true to fit, and if washed in cold water then they should not shrink. So you should be fine to order 33x30 in this case.
