..compared to the 13MWZ the color is darker, pockets are a bit deeper/more comfortable,the rise seems a bit lower...after a hot wash they shrink a bit and fit perfect (as the 13MWZ does). These Jeans seem to be as good as the 13MWZ, I can't tell if they really last longer at the moment.....
...what I want to mention is the great service from Sheplers. Andrea responded quickly to some questions I had... they shipped my order Wednesday evening and I received the parcel on Friday afternoon here in Germany/Europe!!! -usually a letter sent from one Town to the other needs longer.... so I want to say a big thank you to the Sheplers Crew and I'll come back again with my next order.

I like the jeans! Good cotton, but some details could be better, for example the stitches inside, maybe the price for the price. But overall I would recommend the jeans

I am not a fan of faded, sand-washed jeans. I miss the indestructible jeans of my youth that protected me against briars, wore like iron, and never looked pale. The 47MWZ are very similar to those jeans of my youth. The stiff denim-blue material is comfortable and long-wearing regardless of the chores to be done. When washed in cold water, they shrink about an inch in the waist and eventually lose their stiffness. Mine remained long in the length. The change pocket is now located below the belt line and a clam shell phone fits comfortably. A wallet and my hands fit easily in the back pockets.

I've worn jeans daily for over 50 years, living a very outdoor orientated lifestyle and can honestly say this is the greatest jean since the 13MWZ.
I'm pleased with the new design features involving the lower waist and more usable watch pocket. This is the ultimate jean for fit, comfort and good looks. Another great product from Wrangler!

This new design (47MWZ) fits me extremely well. Years ago I stopped wearing Wranglers because after putting them on, the crotch would slip down to about half way to my knees. This new design takes care of that and the fabric is excellent. It did take about three or four washings for the fabric to loosen up a little. The pockets are perfect. The only drawback to the design change is the length of the fly. It is too short to urinate without unbuckling. However, that is a small price to pay for the perfect fit. I will be buying many more of these jeans. Thank you Wrangler.

Great quality and fit. I used to wear Levi's 501 but their denim quality is not what it used to be. I'll be buying Wrangler jeans from now on. Also, I have a 32 waist and I noticed the 47MWZ fits a little loose on the waist, but that can be a good thing if you don't want your jeans to be too tight.
