Purchased this for my son, He has a very old hat and I purchased him a new hat and he was so thrilled to have it. He uses his old hat for dress which is so faded but he loves it, and the new one for all other occasions and everyday. So now he can store them both.

Two hats in one space with plenty of room and no chance of crushing either hat. Seems a bit pricey for plastic, hence the 4 stars instead of 5, but it does provide excellent protection for the hats.

Ah, I can ditch a couple of those bulky cheesy boxes that the moths laugh at, in favor of this vault. Just for storage here, but I can see it would be a boon for tossing in the trunk too.

It's nice to be able to keep your hats protected from dust and light and have a convenient way to transport them safely when traveling. This product does a nice job. Wish they would make a comparable boot can...

I have needed a double hat stack can for soooo long! My felt and my straw hats have been in the same box together for years. It fits both of my hats with room leftover to hold my hat cleaning products. It doesn't take up a lot of room and it fits perfectly on the upper shelf in the closet. The hat can literally takes up about half of the space the Shelper's hat box one of my hats originally came in [said box is what I was using to store both hats]. Thanks.

Great for taking to cattle shows, protects our hats from dust, dirt and getting out of shape. A great investment to have.

I've used the container for two airline trips and though marked and battered some, it has survived the trips and protected my hats. Due to it's size, it cannot be carried on the aircraft. If charged for baggage, a couple trips and you've paid for the hat can a second time. It's a trade off. Carry extra hats and pay, or pick one hat and wear it on the aircraft and for the whole trip. I have carried up to four hats, plus other small items in the box, so within reason, it gives you a little flexibility. The flip latch closures are rather loose when closed and one or more are always open when I retreave the box at baggage claim. If you "can" lock your baggage, (some airlines have restrictions on locking) it must be a small lock, and to totally secure it takes five locks.
Side note: It works great in cars and where space is not a issue.
