bought the exact same boots 15 yrs ago and just now have to replace them, as long as you take care of them they will last a very long time. the ankle support is great, though it could use some cushion in the soles..in another 15 yrs I plan to buy another pair

Purchased the same exact boot in the store and now only find them online, so I ordered it online expecting the same boot I purchased in the store. The shipping was prompt but when the boot arrived it was obviously smaller in size. All markings, appearance, and tags were exactly alike, but boot was obviously a 1/2 to 1 size smaller than the one I already owned.

I normally wear a 7 or 7 1/2, so I ordered a 7 1/2 and it was really tight at the toes..so I had to send back for a 8..which I have never ordered in any shoe...so maybe they just run a little small and narrow..but a very nice boot and can't wait to get it back to try again

I did order them a 1/2 size bigger and glad I did or they wouldn't fit at all. Other wise they are comfortable and have gotten compliments on them.

Boot looks really nice but can not wear them do to size issue. Is a full size smaller than stated.

I love the shoes, true to size. Really cute, but unfortunately wore too fast. The whole heel was almost gone after 7 months, and I didn't even wear them all the time. Not normal in any other shoe I've worn.
Great shoes, I just think maybe mine were defective.
I'll be giving them another shot and posting a new review in the coming months..

In my job I walk alot all day on concrete and this is the only boot I have found in the last 12 years that feel good on my feet at the end of day.
This is the 6th pair of these boots that I have owned and will be buying more.
