I'm sending these boots back for a couple of reasons. I bought these boots as a multipurpose boot. For a while I intend to wear them as dress boots for going out, then once they're broken in I was going to wear them on the ranch where I'm in the saddle 80-100hrs a week. The last pair of T.L. 3R buckaroos I bought were the yellow with the bridle foot. Awesome boots, very dressy still when I polish them up... and they're 4 years old (kinda worn out on the inside now tho)!!
The "rebel tumbleweed" leather style of the foot on these boots is not nearly as dressy looking as my other tony lamas, I think the scuffyness of the leather in person looks a little chinsey and cheap. In the pictures the leather appears to be slick and just variated in color, but in reality it's just a scuffy appearance. The leather is thiner in person than my other boots have been, more of a thin suede. The pictures of the boots online look polished and buffed...I don't want to spend time polishing new boots of a thin leather that look to be 1/2 the quality of my older boots. Thin leather is easier to break in but doesn't last long enough when you're working on a ranch.
Other issue is that the boots were wayy to big, and the square toe looks more like a wide square than a narrow square, which is part of the reason I bought them, wanting them to look more feminine and "fancy" than the wide squares that Tony Lama has started going to. Overall I would not recommend these boots. The tops look awesome, but overall they don't look like the quality of boots I've come to expect from T.L.

looks even better than on the picture, but it does fit a half size to long and a little wide. To mauch hassle to ship them back, so I will keep them.Nothing a thicker pair of socks can't fix.

This is a beautiful boot, it is colorful yet not too dressy! I was at the outlet malls this past weekend with these boots on, and recieved 5 comments about the boots being very nice, colorful and looking comfortable. I referred them back to the site and let them all know that the boots are very comfortable. I was extremely pleased with how quick the order shipped as well!

When my boots arrived they were the size I ordered however, were a full size too big. Sheplers was great about returning them for a full refund and I ordered a new pair, one size smaller and they fit great! I love the boots and have many compliments on them.

I love these boots! They look exactly like the photo and fit perfectly. They arrived sooner than I expected - Shepler's customer service has always been great. I just got them, so I can't comment on the durability. They appear to be very well made.

Order down a half size from your other Tony Lama Boots. I had to send mine back for a smaller size. Smaller size fits great and is comfortable. Just ordered a pair for my daughter.
