Lots of positive response when wearing. That said, it took me several days to adjust the size down. As we all know, it is better to have a Stetson a little loose than too tight...just like Woody said. We can adjust down with a little patience and right materials.

I like this hat as it has a non-leather sweat band and the hat is also very light and fits like a glove.

The hat received was packed and presented well, great finish, size was excellent I would recommend this product, will be wearing it well over our summer period out here in NZ.

I love the hat, and ppl if you cant tell the way this hat is going to be by looking at it here on the web site picture then you obviously dont know anything about straw hats. You can look and see it is not a hard straw, but a nice lite shapeable and very comfortable straw hat. Oh and by the way ppl, mine has lasted me for 4 years of 5 out of 7 days of wearing and still going strong and looks just as good. So I say heck yeah! buy this hat if you want a good all around durable hat.

The hat is a very thin straw and although it makes it easier to shape, it is only the wire brim that keeps it shaped. The straw itself is too thin and loose to hold shape like other hats that require steam. Unfortunately, if there is a "miss" in the weave like on mine, it looks like a hole. No good on a black hat! Sticks out like a sore thumb.

This is my very first purchase from Shepler?s after watching the PBR. I wanted a hat that I could wear in the summer that would breathe .
Some reviews said that this hat ran large but after checking an old fedora I had and measured my head to double check the size I ordered the large which is what I usually buy and it fits like a glove. I can?t wait to buy my next hat from Shepler?s !!!

This hat is a year round hat that looks great no matter what you wear. Great quality and should last for quite a while.

Bought for my boyfriend, it is very "western", a nice shape, and fits him true to size as it was an XL. A soft hat, you can bend to your liking. It looks nice, easy summer hat and for the price am pleased with it.
