WHEN I BOUGHT THIS HAT ON LINE THE LADY ON THE OTHER LINE GOT ME THRU THE PROCESS WITH OUT A HITCH AND I GOT MY ORDER BEFORE THE TIME I WAS GIVEN AND I GOT AN E-MAIL THAT IT WAS ON BACK ORDER WAY TO DO IT .FRED .

The hat fitted perfect, no problems with service what so ever. The product took some time to arrive due to manufacture, no fault of the supplers. Once again very happy.

This hat is not a bad hat, It fits well on my head once i put an little bit of padding in. This hat I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a change in hat styles or just a different hat all together. Sheplers had this hat to me quickly like 2 weeks as I live in Australia and in rural remote of Northern Australia. They are great for money. Thanks!

I've worn it once. It has a pink cast to it. This is not a silverbelly, as advertised. Style, etc. was precisely what I wanted, but color was off. If you order this, look it over very closely before you wear it. If I had, I'd have returned it. Since I didn't, I'll just take the lesson.
