Rated 4 out of 5�by SlashBladen Corral Buffalo 4X Upon delivery of the hat I noticed some Black spots on several areas. I sent the hat back and received a replacement within ten days. The new hat was fine and overall I'm happy with the service. My only issue would be that Sheplers look into improving the QA future orders. I'm not certain how they're listed, but my head is a long oval shape, and Stetson hats fit me very closely. There is some variation from hat to hat, but I've always had good fitting hats from Stetson.
