I love the hat, but as I am from Mi and few people here wear cowboy hats I have to find the courage to wear it now that I own it. It is true to the sizing I ordered. Will definitely wear when visiting my daughter in Texas.

The hat is advertized as a 4X Catera. The sweatband inside is stamped with 6-X's plus It very much resembles and feel like my 6X Stetson. so maybe you are getting a 6X being it is almost $200.00 hat.
Love the hat. Size is true to my head 7-3/8 it is an oval. Love the color very neutral color.

Slightly stiffer than expected but softening should come with proper aging. Sizing is important, some how estimated a 71/4 in size but just too much slop on sides. Returned for 71/8 size other than these minor details a "Most Ecellent" head dressing. I shall be the envy of all concerned.

Nice hat. Didn't fit well. In any case, free returns would encourage me to buy more often. Having to pay for a return doesn't make sense. I doubt I'll buy again...no offense.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Littlebunny The hat arrived in good condition, double boxed for protection and within a few days of being ordered. The sizing was spot on, though I wish 7 3/4" was available. I have a large head. The photo of the hat is the very hat you recieve and the quality is as you would expect. I have had numerous compliments. I recommend this product.

An absolutely gorgeous hat. The color is so much richer than it looks on the website..but the 7 1/4 that I recieved fit more like a 7 1/2. It must have been incorrectly labeled it was so huge... I returned that and reordered a 7 1/8 and that was too tight. So I returned that and ordered a 7 1/8 and a 7/14 hoping to find one that fit. Finally, the 2nd 7 1/8th that I received fit like a custom made hat. I'm very happy. My favorite hat (Don't give up till they send you one that fits!)

It's my first western style hat, I like the crown ht. and brim width. I have not be caught in the rain with it as yet and we get plenty of that...I hope it doesn't melt as I do a lot of hiking in Cascade's and it's just a matter of time. It appears to hold steadfast in the wind; so far so good. I am pleased with my purchase.
