hat fit perfectly by ordering a quarter size larger than what i generally wear....was dissapointed in the color....was thinking it looked more beige in the picture....actual hat was more brown....other than that was satified with service and product

My first cowboy hat and I love it. I did a lot of research on line and narrowed it down to 3 hats. I went to Sheplers to view the quality and fit first hand then narrowed the choice to 2. After thinking it over for a few days I went back to Sheplers and made the decision. The hat is exactly as described, as for me it fits perfectly and looks good to boot. Good job Stetson! The service at Sheplers is more than you should expect, the staff was a great help and they know their product.

It's everything I expected from Stetson. I have several of their hats and would wear nothing else for everyday work and play and the occaisions that call for true class!...Black Dog Ranch.

Too small though I asked for the right size and was offered the right size. Quality is doubtful and substandard to the quality you expect from a Stetson product.

Love this hat, but took 3 shippings before it was right for me. Usually use a 7 3/8, but it pinched my brow. Used the in-box sizer and then ordered a 7 5/8 - which was huge ( bigger than sizer). So finally went to the middle size, and it works fine. This hat sits low, so if you are looking for a tall hat, this is not it.
My thanks to the staff at Shepler's who were very helpful. I will definitely buy and recommend this site to my friends.

This is my first cowboy hat purchase and i love it! Fits great love the color. At first i was kinda worried about it being to light and it getting dirty but in my opinion that just makes it look cooler! Has every thing i want fur felt buffalo to be exact in a great color with really nice silk lining with a really heavy duty leather sweatband and a cool leather hat band! Can't say enough about this hat, great product, great price and great Shepler's customer service!!!!!

The hat is well made and feels good. The size and shape of the hat fit my physique and head shape very well.
Since it is somewhat light colored, it will show dirt easier than a darker hat.
