    Rated 1 out of 5 by Stetson Buffalo Wool Felt Hat This hat's appeal and value are what made my decision to purchase 2 hats. This hat has an attractive design and is exactly what I was looking for. But, upon receiving the hats I noticed that the stitching on 1 was defective. I was disappointed in the quality and customer service of Sheplers (I know we aren't supposed to write about customer service) Well, let's just say I'm stuck with a defective hat for a lack of customer service...something I am not used to from Sheplers. I have always worn a Stetson and this is the first issue I've ever had with the quality. So, all this to say I still stand behind Stetson, but Sheplers has lost this long time customer.
