I can not express enough how sick I am of the influx of terrible products now seen in every brand name that is supposedly wearable and usable. I am disgusted with this hat for the reasons that it is made of inferior material; it is very hard to shape; it will not keep its shape for more than ten minutes - the given shape falls; it stains oddly on the top of the crown, where I have never seen a stain like this ever in my thirty years of wearing felt hats; and, it has the feel of a 4x among other problems. By the way, I tried my best for four months after purchase to disprove all of the above - I finally could not take it any more. I will throw this supposed quality Justin brand hat in the trash and buy a Resistol because they still make a quality respectable hat that can be rightfully purchased with my hard earned money. For those of us that know what a good hat is, do not even think about this one. It is like the old sang - don't touch a cowboy's hat - well you can take this one to the dump. I am furious namely because it is not returnable in any manner to Sheplers and after three calls to Milano Hat Co. all I have heard is promises to pass the buck until I go away.

After buying one hat from Sheplers (Justin 6X Spur Platinum) and making the (expensive) mistake of ordering the wrong size, I was very concerned about buying another. However, I gritted my teeth and placed the order online, on a Friday evening (UK time). To my absolute amazement, the hat arrived at my door on Monday morning!! I've purchased a lot of goodies from around the world, over the Internet, but never have I had service like that. Sheplers - YOU ARE AMAZING!
Now to the hat. I bought the 20X because I felt (no pun intended) that the price for the added quality was very reasonable at time of purchase. The hat is superb. The fit couldn't be better. It feels great and looks good on and the overall quality is exceptional. I would easily recommend this hat to anyone thinking of buying it. In fact, I like it so much if they did the same hat in the platinum I'd order it immediately.
The downside of buying a hat (or anything else for that matter) from Sheplers is that they use UPS who, although very speedy and efficient (see my note above re deivery) are expensive. With the added charge UPS add on for "Administration" and including VAT and duty, the hat almost arrived at an additional 50% of the price in UK£. So... unless you're filthy rich, be aware that these additional charges exist.

Would I buy from Sheplers again (even though I'm NOT filthy rich)? Oh ABSOLUTELY!

i bought this as a "dress" hat, until my old one finally gives up the ghost, ..and this one has to go to work full-time. as well made as this hat appears to be, it'll probably wind up sitting on my chest with my folded hands when they put me in the 'ol pine box......never seen one better built!!

Not only is this hat an incredible value, it is one of the best looking, best fitting and well made hats I have ever bought, regardless of price. If they made this hat in white or ivory I would buy another one NOW. I can't say enough good things about this hat. My advice is BUY IT!!!

This was my first hat purchase but I did shop around. I went down to a local store and everything was just ok. I saw the price for this 20x and it was unbelievable (almost concerned) but I saw all the positive reviews so I took a chance. I'm glad I did. The hat came it looked flawless and so much better than the hats I saw at the store. I put it on and it fit perfect, not fine, perfect. I'm in love with this hat.

I was delighted to find that this hat was a Milano Hat Co. product.
It looks every bit as good as my current favourite hat, which is a Milano hat that I purchased when that coy. was first formed, back in the mid 80's, from a western apparel store in Adelaide S.A..
Looks like I'm gonna be good for another 30 yrs of quality hat ownership!!

My Dad has had the same cowboy hat for over 30 years, he's not one to take to change well. Once he finally tried it on, three days after receiving it for father's day he exclaimed 'that's a pretty good hat right there' which is the highest praise this man has ever given - it was a hit!

The hat is fantastic. Fits like a glove. The product itself has good craftsmanship and an excellent finish. This hat feels and appears like more expensive hats. I was very pleased. If there was one in tan or brown, I would order.
