I bought this hat for my boyfriend and it wasn't high enough. The pinch front was good but the sides that scoop inwards were way too deep for the the hat and didn't even allow the hat to fit the way it was supposed to. I tried it on but just thought it was my hair making it fit weird. But he is military and has NO HAIR, haha...and it didn't fit him at all and he has multiple cowboy hats so we know what should fit him.
ALSO, I got the hat on sale for $24.99 before christmas and the shipping cost me $8.95. So if I would return in after paying $37 for everything, I would be lucky to get $15 because because it would cost me $10 to return it?
I've heard the boots are good and they are good on exchanges but I will never buy anything through them again because this is a pain in the butt and a waste of money for me when I was on a budget to begin with. Not a satisfied customer at all from me and my boyfriend!

this is a very nice comfortable hat although i bought 2 of the exact same hat last year and the fit seems bigger on the one i just bought compared to the ones i bought last year.
shipping to canada was very fast

I bought this hat in the S/M size as this was the smallest size, and its just much too big for my head. I bought it with the intention of wearing it while out on the boat, but it will blow right off my head. My husband wears a hat sized 5 and 7/8ths and it fit him perfectly. Other than that, its a good looking hat!

Love this hat, on first wear my girlfriend was so impressed I had to buy one for her too. I'm in Melbourne and the on line experience is seamless with quick dispatch and informative tracking of the parcel. I recommend both the product and Sheplers.

I ordered my hat on line because the one I saw on line wasn't in stock at the store.The hat I received wasn't the hat pictured , different color and weave pattern . The hat is ok though. I would shop there again.
