Don't know the conversion chart but here are the sizes in th US and each manufactuer shirts run in different sizes.
s- 2-4
m 6-8
lg. 10-12
xl 14-16
1x 16-18
2x 20-22
3x 24-26 I wear 2x because I'm bug busted 40DD, so I don't know what you would wear
