The quality of the boots was very good, but the right boot was uncomfortable. Probably more to do with the "design" of the user's foot and not the boot. Had to return product for credit. Awaiting confirmation that credit has been issued.

I bought these for my daughter and found they ran true to size, Toe is slightly tighter but I believe that is due to the style, but not uncomfortable. Heel has plenty of room and does not cut or bind. Nice soft leather. Good quality for the price.

I'm not big on writing reviews,but I had to share how great these boots are. They are a nice color and fit well. At first the new leather is a bit snug but after they are wore a few times, they are perfect!

I was so impressed with the service from Shepler's - I live in NZ and they were very helpful with all my shipping and sizing questions.
My boots arrived within 7 working days and are PERFECT!! They felt a bit snug but a couple of wears and they are already worn in perfectly. They fit true to size - I'm an NZ 7 and ordered US 7 and they're exactly right.
They are my new favourite boots and I will definitely shop with Shepler's again and have recommended them to everyone who has asked about my boots!

I received my boots today and I love them. When I first looked at them I thought they looked too narrow and long but as soon as I put them on they gave a little bit and the length didn't look so bad. The leather is very soft (but not too soft) and the colour is exactly like the picture.
I was worried about what size to order because I live in Australia - exchanging isn't really a viable option because of postage...I wear a 8.5 to a 9 in Australia and after reading the reviews I ordered a 8.5 and am very glad I did. Also I got my boots exactly a week after I ordered them - very fast postage. Very very pleased...Thanks Sheplers!

My girlfriend has been wanting a pair of cowgirl boots for a while now and these seemed to fall within the style and budget she wanted. So I purchased them for her and they arrived about a week later as promised. They run about a 1/2-full size small so we just exchanged them at our local Sheplers outlet for a more comfortable size and she is happy thus far.
Also, customer service was on par for ordering over the phone.
Overall good experience, thumbs up.

I'm a U.K size 5 and have chunky calfs and was unsure if they would fit well they are perfect I ordered a size 8 b and love them, they really stand out and I will be getting more, Sheplers are a great company to order from they shiped to the U.k within 3 days amazing.

i bought these boots for my daughter's first pair, and she is very happy with them. after only one wearing, she finds them comfortable and loves the look of them also. a great classic look, good value for the money, and they seemed to run pretty true to size.

Firstly I'd like to say the people who work for Sheplers are amazing! I am a fan of the Facebook page. They answered my questions fast and Im just amazed at how fast they were able to help me with what I needed! So 100% going to get a second pair soon from this page.
Secondly i got my boots with the Free shipping and I was shocked to get my boots less than a week later! When i got my boots I was so Excited to try them on. Time i pulled them out the box i ran to get socks to try them on. Being that this was my first pair I had no idea how they were suppose to fit. At first they seemed to be to big for me because of the heel being loose. Then i looked in my box at the paper work they had a few tips on how to know you have a good fit for a boot! After reading it i realized what i was experiencing was normal. I kept them on for the rest of the day to try to break them in. Now i am completely impressed! These boots are so comfortable!!! I cannot to express how much i love them. I read a post in another review they ordered a size up i did the same. and it worked for me :)
