sizing

I wear a 16/35 in a dress shirt. Will the size Medium or Large give the the best fit? 34 in waist, so I don't need a lot or extra material. I want to wear this shirt with a tie, under a suit.

hi bob, ichabod here..
i wear a 17and half 35 dress shirt (i like the collar not too tight).. and i bought an xl.. fits fine for me.. i am 6'2" and about 210... waist is about 40in on me.. perhaps a large would work well for you ..
