I was surprised at how fast it arrived (4 days from KS to WA), though I didn't pay for expedited shipping.. The box was beat up and one flap was open from broken tape, but that's DHL and/or USPS's fault, not Sheplers; regardless, the hat was in perfect condition. Last summer I got a pretty bad sunburn on my scalp, thanks to thinning hair and realized the reason balding men wear hats isn't because they're ashamed or trying to hide anything, but that they're protecting their heads! I look forward to wearing this hat every time I'm outdoors this summer and NOT getting the top of my head sunburned again! April 6, 2013
