Rated 3 out of 5 by Picture is not the actual dress When I received the dress, the top part was way too low. In the picture it looks like there is an under shirt that is with the dress BUT infact, there is not one, so when you put it on, it is very low cut. I ended up going and buying a brown shirt to wear under it and it looks great now but was a little dissapointed to not get exactly what I say in the picture. The dress is also short. I am a tall girl and I cannot bend over without... well you know! So I am also going to wear a pair of shorts under it. August 29, 2011
