Cowgirl’s adore our Panhandle Slim dresses! This fashion dress offers a deep V-neckline and stylish cap sleeves. Elastic gathering under bust creates a flattering feminine look. Dress is made of 96% polyester/4% spandex. Imported. S(2-4), M(6-8), L(10-12), XL(14-16), 2XL(18).

Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor quality, dress has stains I was excited to see this dress online. I instantly fell in love at first sight and was lucky enough to get the last Small. When this and another dress arrived at my home I was instantly impressed to see that the dress was made in USA. However, when I looked more carefully at the dress it appears that either the black rubbed off onto parts of the white section or the color bled, one or the other. I took a washcloth and tried to clean it off, to no avail. It's almost as if someone flung ink on the dress, it isn't like that all over the dress, just on one section. I am very disappointed in the quality and in the fact that I am not able to exchange this dress for another in my size, this was the LAST one. Needless to say I am sending this dress back at Sheplers expense. VERY disappointed customer. April 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just what I was looking for! Wore this to a friend's wedding with black tights and boots and was just what I had been looking for. Sizing seemed to be right on, I did wear a tank underneath for coverage. Has a little bit of bling in the center under the waistband, perfect touch. February 6, 2013
