Handsome roughout suede leather and a budget price make the "1848" cowboy boots an extra special deal. Our classic western boot features a roughout suede leather foot under a matching 13" shaft, dressed up with fancy stitching. Classic pointed toe and cowboy heel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Suede Rocks I have several pairs of Western style boots. Most are mid-range in price and one pair is higher end. When I saw these Old West boots here, I kept thinking that I really wanted a pair of suede boots and eventually (after reading through reviews here on the site) convinced myself to purchase them. I bought the black suede. I've been wearing them for several weeks now. No complaints whatsoever. They look and feel great and honestly, they match the comfort of my more costly boots. They run pretty true to size. The heel space is a little large, but my heels are narrow and the ball of my foot is wide, so thats more of an anatomical problem of mine. For the price, these are very nice boots. And they look great with denim. Yes, I would recommend them and may buy the natural color ones as well. October 17, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by very comfortable i really like this boot . fits well , very little break in October 17, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent value, beautiful boot! I ordered the Ds and had to swap them out for the EE so they run a bit narrow but they are beautiful and an excellent value. These look every bit as good as my $300+ Sendra boots and fit just as well! October 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing! Ordered from Ireland...arrived within 3 days! Great fit. Great quality! will definitely order from Sheplers again!! October 15, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Width matters I have worn the same size cowboy boots my entire adult life. The boots purchased online from Shepler's were way to narrow to fit comfortably. I would not purchase another pair of these boots again. They look great but fit . . . well they don't fit at all. Sorry about the bad review but, you asked. October 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Western boots Good looking western boots (over the past years some 9 pairs) I bought from Sheplers. Living in Australia, I would have paid about 3 times as much as it costs me and the postage to Australia was very reasonable. Thank you Sheplers for providing us outsiders (from the good ol' US of A) with a very cost effective purchasing venue. I bought over the years quite some bargains from Sheplers and will do so in future again. Well done Sheplers October 2, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good look. Seems ok, will have to wear them some to see if they hold up. September 27, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by product value The boots seem to be of adequate value vs, price. I haven't had the time to put them to a wear test of suitable duration. September 25, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Old west roughout This has to be one of the best boots on the market. excellent look, feel and fit. Not hard to break in, want to wear them all the time. Great boot thanks.... August 29, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Premium Style at Discount Price Have always loved the look of well worn tan suede boots. My search is over for my ideal cowboy boot. I still cant believe the price. I was so happy with the look and comfort of this pair, I ordered a second pair to guarantee I will have a pair of tan suede boots for the long term. August 22, 2013

Always order shoes/boots one to 2 sizes larger, check online shoe size conversion table Australia/USA and you will see. I need 101/2 size boots, had to order 12 EE sized ones after checking shoe size conversion table Australia/USA . Perfect fit .

    Answer:
When you order boots in US sizing, order your regular Aus street shoe size. In general US sizing for cowboy boots are 1/2 size smaller than regular street shoes. Unless indicated or noted, this is true for these boots. If unsure how they run always check with customer service to verify how these boots will run.

    Answer:
    Finding Your Perfect Boot Size:
1.Begin with your normal shoe size. It's a good idea to have your feet measured every year or so, as the size of your feet may change over time.
2.Note that socks (even tights or nylons!) can add a 1/2 size to your feet.
3.If you are an "in-between" size, we recommend ordering the larger of the two sizes you are between.
4.If your feet are a narrow width (and no narrow sizes are available to purchase), you may need to order a 1/2 size smaller than your normal size.
5.If your feet are a wide width (and no wide sizes are available to purchase), try ordering a 1/2 size larger than your normal size.
6.Your feet may be two different sizes. We recommend ordering the size that fits the larger foot.

    Answer:
For this boot in particular order your normal US street shoe price, unless stated, you would normally order 1/2 size smaller than US street shoe size unless stated sizes will run small or large.

    Answer:
If it is a street shoe, then just order the 13 EE size. The EE should make up for the length a bit especially if you are a D width. If you still have concerns, call customer service to find out if they have a 14 available. Sometimes you could get them stretched out a bit by a shoe repair, if there is not a way to get a 14, contact your local shoe repair (one who actually does repair in the facility not one who takes shoes in and find out later that cannot be done) and have them see if it can be done.

    Answer:
If you have worn western boots prior, then just order your regular size. If not order 1/2 size smaller than your normal size. These boots are sometimes tricky to size up correctly, You may just need to order a regular size 12 to be on the safe side. Call in and have customer service help you decide.

We suggest a 12-1/2 or 13. Please keep in mind that this is only a guideline, and I cannot guarantee what size will be needed.

    Answer:
The boots are made exclusive to Sheplers, the manufacturer makes designs to be sent out and each company it deals with uses what they want necessary for selling purposes. Only the manufacturer has a right to change its design, sometimes they do mid production. The Old West Roughout tan pair item #038222 looks like it could have a white stitching to it that is similar to your pair pictured. Call customer service and have them check with the warehouse to find out if the color is true or not.
