First Sheplers is great! This was my second pair of Nacona and because the first pair had been great and were the less expensive boot I expected these to be as good or better. Turned out Nacona back ordered them a couple times and when they did arrive they looked and felt like a rush job.
The inside of booth boots were rough and I could see and feel the nails.
The size was short on both and the width did not feel like a double A. The left boot was so lose and short that my foot slid and toes named into the side. I returned them for a pair of Tony Lama'; see how that goes.

I find that this brand of boots always fits well and lasts. Great looking. I have at least four pairs of boots from this manufacturer.
Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kong This is an outstanding product.
The quality of these boots is well above average. They take a little to break in but not a big problem. Once broken in, the comfort and endurance of the leather is outstanding.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pointed Toes For Stirrups Square Toes Are Not "Cowboy Boots"
Bought my last pair of cowboy boots 10 years ago. The stores all sold nothing but pointed toed boots. Now when I need a new pair, no stores sell pointed boots as far as the eye can see. Pointed toes defined genuine cowboy boots for 200 years; now they are gone in the twinkling of an eye. I am grateful for Nocona offering a quality, genuine pointed toe cowboy boot for a fair price. Totally satisfied.

The bull hide is practically un-scuffable and has great texture. The only problem is that the toes haven't broken in yet. I ordered the pointed toes and while the area of the outside toes on my foot have broken in, the area in the big toe has not - hence the checked boxes for too stiff and the too narrow. Take that with a grain of salt though, I've only been wearing them for a couple of weeks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by 'Brely Online shopping not a Texas two step
My boots have always been a part of me. I have always bought my boots at a store, but have moved away from Texas and thought I would try it online. I wanted quality boots and there is just something wrong about buying boots at a store outside of Texas. The boots are beautiful and I am sure that they are made exactly to the specifications which I gave you in my order. Everyone's feet are different, however, and the transition from the heel insole to the foot insole is just not that comfortable with my feet in this pair of boots. I am not as active around stock as I used to be so I ordered the boots a little large and that has saved the day; there is room for my orthodic insoles and they smooth out the rough transition. I have always "progressed" my boots from dress boots to work boots and these will do fine as dress boots. In fact they will probably be my last pair of dress boots unless I get a new pair in heaven. Thank you for your beautiful workmanship and have a blessed day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ranch Forman, Red Dog Ranch Wearing Nocona Boots for over 30 years.
Have had two pair that I have worn for over 30 years. These new ones will be for dressing up but the old ones are still used. Don't use shoe polish, dries out the leather and cracks. Resole and reheel as needed. Wish they still sewed the U.S. flag and Nocona lable on the pull loops. Best dang boots ever made. Use mine on the ranch and when riding my Harley. Would like a more pointed toe like my old ones. I use Red Wing boot oil on mine and the cow poop washes right off and they are totally water proof.
