depends on the style and strech or not fabric but i wear a 5 in normal jeans and a 28 waist 34 inseam in miss me. hope that helps a bit

Here is a break down of sizing for our Miss Me Jeans:
25" waist = Size 0
26" waist = Size 2
27"/28" waist = Size 4
29" waist = Size 6
30" waist = Size 8
31" waist = Size 10

Our Miss Me jeans come in Women's sizes (above) and Girls sizes, which are much smaller.
