I ordered these, then saw a review that was rather negative. The day they arrived I wore them all afternooon walking, sitting and while preparing dinner. I found them comfortable, though do wear with hose. Glad these are back in style, I wore this type 30+ yrs. ago when I spent 10 hrs. a day on my feet!

Although this shoe looks beautiful it will tare your foot to shreds. The wrapped rope on the shoe rubs the skin right off your feet. I had the shoe on for about 10 min and was in tears. Beautiful but not at all practical. And my feet had black marks all over them from the rope.
