Rated 1 out of 5 by Not typical of Justin quality in the past! The delivery/purchase process from Sheplers was outstanding. I contacted Justin and told them to take their name off boots of this quality, because I have been wearing Justin boots for more than 50 years and the quality of this boot is significantly below anything I purchased in the past. Their response was not encouraging. I kept the boots because they do fit, but I do not expect them to last very long and I will not wear them in view of the public. Don December 14, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Boot breaks down fast, no support. The boot breaks down in back fast, no support, can't wear spurs. The back is like card board, you can see the leather hang and bunch around the ankle. This happened in less then two weeks from purchase. I would not recommend this boot. November 28, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not happy! I bought these boots for my son and husband. The stitching on the seam at the arch on my sons pair began to come out after only one day of wearing. I should have sent them back but he didn't have anything else to wear. :( The heel is not a cowboy heel as shown in picture. It's between a roper and a cowboy. So far my husband's pair are ok. Rated 1 out of 5 by I think I'll stick with my Old West Brand! As a loyal Shepler's customer I have purchased a number of boots - usually the Old West Truckers. These are my everyday boots and I literally wear them out. This go round I decided to spend a bit more money and buy Justins - major mistake! While the actual fit is fine, the shaft of the boot is made so that unless I wore knee high socks, my legs were rubbed raw. In the end I cut the inside tabs off, clipped, cut and sanded - yes sanded - the inside and can now wear them without bloodshed. Neddless to say there is another pair of Old Wests in my future. Shepler's - keep up the good work, Justin - not so much! November 27, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Justin Ranch & Road Cowboy Work Boots These boots lasted 1 year before they started falling apart at the seams(literally). The material tore/ripped leaving a big hole. the outsole is separating from the boot all around the seam. the outsole itself is cracking all along the edges, I guess you get what you pay for when buying cheap boots October 28, 2012
