    Our basic long sleeve western shirt is perfect for casual and dress wear. Permanent collar stays. Classic western styling with front and back yokes. Pearlized snap closures at front placket and cuffs. Two snap flap chest pockets; left pocket has a handy pen slot. Western shirt is made of easy-care polyester/cotton. Imported.

I have spent most of my adult life wearing shirts that won't stay tucked in with sleeves that end half way between my elbow and my wrist. This one fits like it was custom tailored!     I'm not sure if I define Oxford exactly the way you do, but I'd say, no. This is a Western shirt with western styling in the snaps and the pocket flaps. The fabric is a finer weave than what I'd call an Oxford fabric.
