I am not a fan of faded, sand-washed jeans. I miss the indestructible jeans of my youth that protected me against briars, wore like iron, and never looked pale. The 47MWZ are very similar to those jeans of my youth. The stiff denim-blue material is comfortable and long-wearing regardless of the chores to be done. When washed in cold water, they shrink about an inch in the waist and eventually lose their stiffness. Mine remained long in the length. The change pocket is now located below the belt line and a clam shell phone fits comfortably. A wallet and my hands fit easily in the back pockets.

I've worn jeans daily for over 50 years, living a very outdoor orientated lifestyle and can honestly say this is the greatest jean since the 13MWZ.
I'm pleased with the new design features involving the lower waist and more usable watch pocket. This is the ultimate jean for fit, comfort and good looks. Another great product from Wrangler!

This new design (47MWZ) fits me extremely well. Years ago I stopped wearing Wranglers because after putting them on, the crotch would slip down to about half way to my knees. This new design takes care of that and the fabric is excellent. It did take about three or four washings for the fabric to loosen up a little. The pockets are perfect. The only drawback to the design change is the length of the fly. It is too short to urinate without unbuckling. However, that is a small price to pay for the perfect fit. I will be buying many more of these jeans. Thank you Wrangler.

Great quality and fit. I used to wear Levi's 501 but their denim quality is not what it used to be. I'll be buying Wrangler jeans from now on. Also, I have a 32 waist and I noticed the 47MWZ fits a little loose on the waist, but that can be a good thing if you don't want your jeans to be too tight.

I've worn 13 MWZ's all my life (51 years) and have had great success but, these 47 MWZ's look better after washing and starching and fell even better.

I bought these new style jeans because I was told they fit better in the waist, They fit much better than the old 13MWZ I love these and there price couldnt beat it I got free shipping too, will buy more of these. My local Western store doesnt stock these jeans Thanks Shepler's... Only Fault was 1 pair had a small cut in the lower leg area, I could have sent them back but shipping wasnt worth the effort, the back left pocket looks as if the factory put the Wrangler patch on it then took it off You can see the thread and outline of the patch. maybe these are 2nds. reason for the low price..
