Rated 3 out of 5�by wbody1973 Not Perfect Style of hat was great. Had a nice shape and fit. I was in love with the hat until i realized that the band was cut 1/2" off center so when it was installed the justin pin was in perfect position on the side of the hat but the whole band out front was off by the 1/2". Sheplers however made this issue not much of an issue at all. They paid for the return shipping and even provided me with a return label. They also offered me a replacement or a refund. If it wouldn't have been for the hat band i would have given it a 5 star. The hat is not the quality of a $100 straw hat but i was looking for a hat i could "use" daily and not feel bad about getting it dirty. I have nicer straw hats than this for a night out, but this one is great to go out and work in daily. August 1, 2012

My dad, who has worn western hats everyday for 40 years, was very satisfied. I have ordered from Sheplers for several years and have never had a problem. June 6, 2011
