The Stetson I ordered was exactly as stated, no defects, correct size and the color was spot on. I got this item to go with my Plains Indian Frilled jacket .

Definitely Stetson quality! Only drawback was that it had to be taken to local hat shop to be shaped to head. Small drawback in light of purchase price.

This hat is much, much nicer than was expected for the price. Fits and wears good and looks great. I like the fact its not a soft, floppy type hat and maintains its shape well.
Couldn't ask for more.

I usually wear a 7-3/8, but ordered 7-1/4 because I heard this hat runs a little big. The 7-1/4 hat fits me perfectly. I need good sun protection because of skin concerns. At 3.5 inches, the brim of this hat gives really good coverage because the "outback" style isn't overly shaped - giving you practically the whole 3.5 inches to provide shade. I like the pinch-front crown too. The band is tasteful - not too showy. I like that. The one very minor criticism I might make is that the metal adornments (small diamond-shaped conchos) are attached slightly askew. The hat's "khaki" color is a rich, deep brown and looks nice so far. I haven't had the hat long enough to speak to color-fastness. All in all, this is a very handsome hat and I am very happy with it.

I was disappointed to discover the hat does not come in 7 5/8" and only in 7 1/2", but based upon some of the earlier reviews which stated it ran a little large, I gave it a shot. Perfect fit! I am very happy with the hat; it's fit, style and quality. Highly recommended!

Hard to find a hat without a lot of upturn on the brim. I bought this for that reason, plus it's a Stetson. The color and pinch crease crown also were to my likeing. Can not yet commit on the durability, but again it's a Stetson. I have others that are 20 to 30 yrs. old and still look great.
This hat was slightly large, but a 1/4 in. x 1in, x 4 in. foam shim behind the hat bands back side snuged it up. This is almost always a given, unless you buy in the store and have it fitted.

The brim was bent alittle. I imagine it happened in shipping. Other than that I was very happy with it. Has had many compliments on it.

runs large in sizing and shelpers is trying to help stetson to get it right for customers. i love the hat and am replacing 30 yr old stetson.
