Rated 3 out of 5 by Not Bad, but not as good as US made I was recently in Santa Fe, NM and stopped by the Lucchese store. I bought two pair of roper style boots that are the most comfortable boots I have ever had. I decided I needed a pair in black. When I went to Sheplers site the US made ones had a 14 week waiting period, so I decided to purchase these. They are about $450 cheaper than the ones I bought at the Lucchese store. The leather is very nice, but the are a bit wider than their US made counter part. But I am quite happy with them and considering how much I saved I think they are worth the money. If you want a nice pair of boots to wear everyday and not worry about scuffing them up or getting them dirty I say go for it! And they polish up real nice too. September 3, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Product not as advertised I purchased due to advertised 11 1/4 " shaft. Many Ropers are only 10" which I do not like. These measure only about 10 1/2. Major disappoimtment. Ordered same size as Lucchese boots I've worn for years but they are big on my feet. Wish I had returned them. March 14, 2013
