I purchased this pair of boots for my husband as a gift. He fell in love with them immediately however the size is about a 1/2 size too large so we are going to exchange them. Other than that we are extremely pleased with the boot and ordering/shipping process with Sheplers!

They are made with high quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. Don't make the mistake I made for not measuring your feet before purchase these beautiful boots on sudden impulse. My advice is to take couple minutes to measure your feet, read Shepler's Boot Fit Guide carefully and leave extra 1/2 size for boot socks. Double check the Size Chart because it is a little bit different than those you see in other places. I had to return this one and bought a Lucchese Mad Dog instead because this kind with my true size is not available till May (I can't wait that long!). The only thing I like about this one is that the heel is the same color as the leather

In my 52 years of wearing boots, these are the best I've had. They start a liitle loose, then form to your feet. The workmanship can not be challenged.
