    • Cushion insole for walking comfort

Aptly named for the year Lucchese created its first boots, the 1883 Lucchese brand is reminiscent of the traditional hallmarks of handcrafted boots of the era. This Madras Goat Lucchese boot features a natural stone hued foot under a fancy top-stitched 10" matching leather shaft. Supple leather lining. Underslung boot heel with rubber grip surface. Smooth leather sole. Imported.

Hand burnished finish lends a unique appearance to each boot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing comfort, craftsmanship!!! A must have....you will LoVe these boots!!! Lucchese's are the best you can buy!!! March 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by You can't go wrong. Cowboy boots are a timeless piece of footwear. Fashions come, fashions go, but cowboy boots simply don't look outdated, especially this pair. I bought these boots after almost 20 years of owning a similar pair that mistakenly were thrown away during a recent moving. The best thing about these boots is that the more you wear them and the older they get, the better they look. All that, together with the high quality provided by Lucchese, ensures without a doubt several years of satisfaction. February 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Boot Ever? Perhaps. I certainly enjoy the style, comfort and utility of the Madras 1883 Lucchese Roper. Casual and sports wear are both complemented by this boot. I have other boots in my closet but this Roper has earned its place as my #1 choice! February 6, 2013

    Hello,
I am interested in this Lucchese Roper style boot. I have concerns regarding sizing and not being able to try it on first. I wear a size 10.5 shoe. I've been told it would be wise to order this Lucchese style boot a half size larger for comfort. So for this particular boot a size 11. What are your thoughts.

    Thank you.....

    Answer:
When you buy western boots, you should wear 1/2 size smaller than your normal street shoe. When they say you should order 1/2 size larger they are referring to if you already wear cowboy boots to order 1/2 size larger which is equivalent to street shoe size. Even with that stated, if you have been sized properly for boots other than referring to street shoe size, then order 1/2 size larger than your cowboy boot size.
